  WOW is the only response I can give over how great the W Hollywood treated us this week. We are celebrating our 28 year anniversary and they surprised us with these lovely gestures: a beautiful upgraded room and champagne and dessert to celebrate. Thank you so much W Hollywood. You can be sure this Platinum member will be staying again and again

  The W Hotel is one of Losre Angeles, nice hotel, for service in my book there's none better, for the location right on Hollywood and Vine. The walk of fame. But the W, also has fine dinning A wine list to Wow your guests for dinner, I love staying their. If you like a great cocktail,..   Great so far! Haven't been here a full day yet. Beautiful room, lobby, and everything. Very comfy bed, with a sound machine on the night table, helped me fall asleep, which it's often hard in a new bed. Only problem is the dim lighting in the room. I like the dim lights, but it was harder getting ready for last night's event than it needed to be. My fave so far is the window seat with the perfect cushions to sit and read or just watch the world. A fun extra touch, they actually change the rugs in the elevators throughout the day. When I go down this morning, I'm sure it will say Good Morning 😀

  Trendy, chic, contemporary, modern, glitzy etc. are good words for this hotel. Does attract a younger crowd. Lobby got a little rowdy at night. Definitely right in the heart of things. When I went the reception guy was super personable with everyone. But the room cost is not the end of the paying. You pay for food, pay for bottled water, pay for anything you open in your room, pay for WiFi and there was NO MOBILE DATA in the room. But free coffee in the lobby if you can get up early enough (probably not if you partied, sorry.) Good coffee too, way above hotel standard grade. Loud street sounds and lots of sirens through the night (they even have a white noise machine in the room acknowledging how noisy it can be). I liked it, but not for a business trip (which was on), and probably not for a family trip. If I was partying or on vacation with my friends, YES! But otherwise I would have preferred a little quieter, slightly more chill place.
