  My Aunt's body was sent there to be cremated by the District of Columbia authorities after she died in her home. Its been over 2 years since her cremation and this funeral home has never responded or bother to let me know when or even where her ashes can be picked up so she may have a proper burial. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and IRRESPONSIBLE!!!

  They are sloppy and unprofessional. Do not bring your loved one here. A rat ate a part of my aunt’s face, and she didn’t look right during the viewing. Smh

  Amazing people. My father passed away and this was me and my sister's first time planning a funeral. They explained everything to us and walked us through the process. Their pricing is extremely reasonable which is great because my dad didn't have life insurance. The staff was super considerate, kind and understanding. We couldn't be more grateful for Bacon.

  My father passed way in July I had him cremated and it's now September I've had no communication and no remains yet. And yes I've called I have nothing good to say so I will stop😞
