  I have to say that the best part of my purchase was the seamless transaction i was offered by Meredith Rohach from Finance, there were no hassle's, it was seamless and super friendly. In addition she was very informational, and she is very genuine. I loved how she didnt try to upsell me (like other dealers), but she recommended instead products that fit my lifestyle, something that is a rare thing to find in dealerships. Up until now she still delivers a great customer experience and I am glad to say that in the near future i will recommend and purchase another car from Volvo.

  I arrived at 9:55 for my 10am service appointment. We have an XC90 2011. We have the battery drain issue that currently is discussed about in online chats. I was not checked in until 10:21 for my 10am appointment. I was told it would be about an hour to receive information. At 12:43--1.5 hours later I was given an estimate. I could pay for a $382 software upgrade with no guarantee it would fix the problem. I was also given a list of other "issues" for the estimate total of $1187? (Could not guarantee the price might not come in higher) I opted to try the $382 potential fix and the other issues I will have another mechanic give me a second opinion on. Finally at 3:21pm I was checked out! I was told that they ran a test that they fixed the battery drain but no guarantee! During my time at Volvo I asked if I could have the front decal replaced as they replaced it before under warranty. I was told that I would have to pay for the replacement, they never gave me a price. I asked why they wouldn't replace it since when they did it less than 2 years ago under warranty. It has failed to stay on again so they must have not put it on correctly. I was told flat out NO! Let's just say... Spending 5.5 hours at Volvo on a Saturday for something we were lead to believe would take an hour is disappointing at best. Especially since there is no guarantee it actually fixed the problem!

  This is the second time I have brought my car to Volvo of San Antonio. The courtesy with which I've been treated is truly amazing! Phillip Carroll has kept me informed regarding the services my car needs, along with letting me know how long I should expect my vehicle to be in the shop. The service manager Rocco Margiotta greeted me on the drive and took a quick look at my tire and wheel and assured me that they would take great care of my car. I even got to meet with my technician Brandon before I left the dealership! I feel like I'm treated like family when I visit. I'm happy to say that Volvo of San Antonio treats their customers as valued guests!

  Very good auto dealer to do business with. Sale young Lady Danielle was awesome and got us in and out in almost no time. The financing department was also great. Thank you guys.
