  Tabitha Watkins helped me out at the service desk when I brought in my S60 with various problems on Wednesday. She was incredibly helpful in finding the right words to describe my car's inconsistent symptoms, and I was out of there with a loaner car within 15 minutes. She called with an update on Thursday and then called again on Friday telling me my car was ready. I was under warranty--only paid for the gas in the loaner--and I was not pushed to pay for anything that I didn't need. I'll definitely be coming back if I need anything else.

  I got my VIN and called for the correct part number for a DIPSTICK and they "don't give out part numbers over the phone!!" I asked why not, got the pat answer, "it's dealership 'policy'." INCREDIBLE! It's not as if I asked for an estimate for anything!!! Guess where I will NEVER consider going for so-called "service."

  I Will Never Buy Another Volvo Because Of This Place!!!! I needed parts for an alignment. The shop I was using for the alignment called and the parts dept refused to even take the call. Their policy is that they do not sell parts nor give prices nor ANYTHING to the public or outside shop because they want to try "steal" the repair for there own shop. I went there, being the owner of the car, and purchased the parts and had them installed at my preferred repair shop. It just so happened that I needed additional parts. I called them up and the parts dept wouldn't even come to the phone.....again. The kept referring me to the website or come back in even though I explained to the woman that I had just been there only hours ago to pick up the parts I had previously ordered. This is completely disgusting and a mild form of extortion!!!! Thank god for Waltrip Volvo in Franklin. I called them and not only was I able to order the additional parts but THEY DELIVERED THEM!!!! I highly recommend this dealership but because of the disgusting way Volvo of Nashville does business, I will never purchase another Volvo nor will I ever recommend a Volvo because of the way this business extorts it's customers and Volvo allow this!!!! These statements are entirely true and I am protected under the first amendment of the constitution. Your experience may be different.....Good Luck!!!!!!!!

  Best car buying experience I've had! John C.Tune and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. He took his time to answer all of my questions and make sure I was comfortable moving forward. No high sales pressure. Would highly recommend to anyone!

  I've been specifically looking for a Volvo S80 V8 for quiet some time and finally found one at Volvo cars of Nashville! I can honestly saying without a doubt this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had! I am one happy customer and can't wait to send my friend to see John C. Tune who is the Sales Manager/ everything manager based on what I saw he works his butt off! Customer for Life!
