  Always get friendly and helpful service whenever I stop by, no matter the location. For the most part, the employees are very knowledgeable about their products and are honest about if they don’t know, and they never pressure you to buy.

  Jonathan was such a helpful guy. Very honest and showed me exactly what I want. He is also very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Although it's just a cart but better than other bigger shops I visited. Also the juice he recommended was exactly as he explained the taste would be. So far the best person I dealt with for vape in Hawaii.

  I was given the wrong flavor and they would not exchange it for the right one. Needless to say they made a mistake and expected me to pay for their mistake! Poor business conduct. I know how much it takes to make a bottle. It's at a 1,000% profit yet they would not exchange.

  Selection looks good, however sales staff have a lot to learn about customer service. Too pushy with their own ideas of what is right or wrong for using the juice. I've vaped for 6+ years and the lady is trying to push their own ideas of what PG/VG mix should be instead of just providing me with what I was asking for. In the end walked away without buying.
