::My husband purchased these flowers for me for Valentine's Day. For the price of $95. You only get roses with no baby's breath or other decorations. Rip off. Take your business elsewhere. The tips on the roses are dying only after one day and the only decorations I received was one eucalyptus branch that sits alone within the roses. Their customer service is not for the customer. When calling to ask for a discount. Their solution was that maybe I should be more specific about what I tell my husband what I want my flowers to look like, stating he had come in and picked out what he wanted. My husband did not pick out any roses, he relied on the florist to design something nice for the price they quoted. He requested baby breath and all other "filler" decorations be added. They florist reassured my husband they made make to include this in the flowers. As you can see from the picture, they did not do anything but place the flowers in a glass vase. She went on to explain that they do not offer baby breath or any other "fillers" in there flower arrangements. When they stated to my husband that they did. In addition, the lady on the phone tried to convenience me I received very nice flowers, trying to convenience me she provided me with a perfect product. I am the customer, they provided the product, I decide if that product and the service is of quality or not. The florist requested I come in and exchange the flowers from something else. That in the real world is not very easy option to do when you have a dozen roses in a car and hope that they do not get more damaged traveling back to florist. The time and the money returning them is not the most economical solution. The florist could of simply given me a simple 10% for the lack of what promised but was not included. I suggested to florist to post a picture of the product they offer, so when costumers come in the future, they can see and know what there are purchasing. The florist said they do not have this and do not see the need in doing it since there florist is one of most popular around. So, this is a case of a florist that is not interested in pleasing the customer, they also feel there is no need to change or improve their business practices for the better. I will not order from this company again and I suggest everyone else in the future take your business elsewhere. They are overpriced for the quality of product you receive.
