  Though the staff was knowledgeable my customer service experience was subpar. When i called to see if they had the product i wanted they answered simply with hello and after i described what i wanted i was abruptly switched to another staff member who answered in a monosyllabic manner. When i went to pick up my product and paid for it the staff person gave no indication i was finished paying ( no receipt given, no closer like ‘have s nice evening’ just total silence). I would recommend for breadth of product availability and price, just don’t expect top customer service here.

  I love this store! They’re super helpful and knowledgeable. They’ve got a great selection and always restock within a day or two if they run out of anything.

  Great local hydroponic store. Carrie's most known National brand along with some local favorites, authorized retailer for Sunlight Supply. Great prices The Helpful people down at um will probably be most other hydroponic stores in town for deals and knowledge.
