  The medicine compounding dept unprofessional by not calling back when told they would to let me know when meds were ready. I finally get the meds 5 days later and asked for info on the meds and was told they'll send it to my email, Now 3 days later have not received the email with side effect information Needless to say I have to call them again!

  The worst pharmacy, back in the days used to be a good service. They do have an incompetent staff working on customers prescriptions.

  I use to love this pharmacy, the staff is very rude and unprofessional. I have problems every month when I go to pick up my mom medicine. Also I always order the medicine at the phone and the girl is very nasty. I used to love the old men that was working at the front, he was very kind.

  We have gotten consistently rude and aggressive service here from both the staff and the pharmacist. We have also seen the same pharmacist be extremely rude to other customers. They literally refused to fill a multiple month prescription for my wife, because they only wanted to fill one month at a time....for absolutely no reason. I see other good reviews on Google, so clearly others have had different experiences, but it has been really awful for us.

  VLS has taken care of my kids and I since I moved to the neighborhood. Their staff is efficient, friendly, and very neighborly. While some of their prices are higher than chain stores, this is one place that I don't mind paying for because of all the help I've received from them.
