  Very rude, service was horrible, came in with jeans and I myself try to put them up, since it didn’t work I asked her to put water down, which she didn’t, was soaked while she and the nail specialist next to her laughed. I told her and showed her what it was obvious... I was soaked on a freezing day. A lady next to me wanted to be an advocate, it’s so sad that people think that they can be a hero, to people that lack respect for others time and money. Know when to speak up, don’t give input when isn’t need it and specially when you are in the wrong.
