  Worst place to get vivi tea, terrible customer svc, had wait a hour for them to make bubbles, other places open earlier to serve client. Has loud music, shares space with a phone case seller very strange I recommend vivi 60 street and 8 Ave lee lee bubble tea on 57 street and 5 Ave that sell for better price and great flavors. Don't go here, they're the worst.

  Great bubble tea here even tho the store is shared with a cell phone store. Usually not busy at any time of the day. The staffs are nice and friendly. Atmosphere feels comfortable, there are also seats to hang out and drink your bubble tea. Overall good small place.

  Vivi Bubble Tea on 5th Ave in Sunset Park has the same great quality of bubble teas, hot and cold beverages and sugary drinks as the Vivi location in Manhattan. The staff are so kind and quick, they are extremely warm and patient. I would recommend this Vivi to all bubble tea lovers of all shapes and ages! Enjoy!
