They stop making Ramen at this location and closed off their back seating area. Which is a shame because this location was the only one I knew out of all their other NY locations where they served CHICKEN Ramen which was actually really great. Very disappointed with these huge changes. But they still serve great tea.

This shop is cute and the staff is respectful. They have a variety of bubble tea to tickle your taste buds. I decided to try this restaurant out because it was recommended to me by a friend who frequents this establishment often. Upon entering we were acknowledged by the cashier who wasn't friendly but she was attentive. She took our orders and after a brief wait our beverages were finish. Now prepare yourself for the bubble tea experience , its like nothing you've ever tasted especially if you never had tapioca balls. Beware the straw used to drink the tea is very wide so the tapioca balls will enter your mouth as you drink. My first sip was a mind blowing experience that I can not describe as anything short of unique.

Uncrowded Vivi's location. No seating, very hole a wall type feel. They also have food like ramen and dumplings which i didn't get though Im not sure how u would eat that since I did not see seating when I went. They had some sort of deal going on where if u buy dumplings u can get bubble tea for half off or something.

The staff were unfriendly and could barely answer my questions about menu items. I ordered a matcha bubble tea with bean paste, but it wasn't a paste at all - I'm pretty sure they just put canned beans in the bottom of the cup. The seating in the back has cute decor and is cozy. I wouldn't come here again
