  One of my favorite yoga studios, the environment is so peaceful & the teachers are all very supportive/kind. No pretention here at all. Nicole's warm vinyasa class is absolutely incredible - she plays such amazing soulful music that really helps make the class flow & I feel like jello afterwards from the deep relaxation. Also love yashmani's chakra class hope they bring that back again!

  This is exactly the kind of studio one needs to build a solid practice, no gimmicks, peaceful space, helpful teachers.
