  Deb has been such a positive influence on my life and health. I have been practicing Yoga with her for four months and I feel like a different person. My posture has improved and I am getting stronger. Before I started doing yoga with Deb I had a lot of anxiety, which now has all but disappeared. In terms the yoga itself, she corrects every posture which is something you can't say about a lot of teachers.
