  Not happy with the outcome on the services. Financing lady was rude. Paid alot of money for the braces. Asked the office to have the Dr. call me but he wouldn't take the time to call due to him not dealing with the financing which is incorrect because he is quick to pro rate any charges if you decide to leave the contract early even when you have paid a large amount already. The meaning of "Professionalism" the competence or skill expected of a professional. "the key to quality and efficiency is professionalism"

  Vigtagliano is the best Ortho in li!! I would highly recommend Lauren!! So nice and friendly! My bracket kept on popping off, but they didn’t mind and fixed it!

  Best orthodontist ever!! When I got my tooth extracted there I was so scared but they took it out an I didn't even feel anything!! When they put my braces on they were very supportive, nice, and patient!! They are very nice and supportive!! I wish they were my regular dentists after I get my braces off!! Dr. Vitagliano is great and makes sure to visit all of his patients and asks you how you are doing and what is going on. They are a great team of dentists and never let me down!! Very happy that they are my dentists!!

  We brought our son to Vitagliano Orthodontics for braces. Their office was recommended by our dentist and friends at work. We found the staff friendly and courteous and they always made him feel comfortable. The office is very clean and well staffed and there are lots of things to keep kids busy while they are waiting for the appt. Our family is extremely pleased at the job done by the staff at Vitagliano.

  Having Dr. Joe and his staff as an orthodontist has been the best experience for all of my children and myself. Dr. Joe is kind and compassionate and in my opinion the best orthodontist on Long Island. The staff is warm and friendly and very professional. We couldn't be happier. Thank you Dr. Joe and Staff you are all awesome!
