Staff was rude and disrespectful. I will not buy anything from this establishment. The childrenโ€™s hospital & medical center optical shop was extremely helpful and patient I would recommend going there over this place.

The time my son needed glasses he had a great experience and he lovest his glasses and they had his lenses in his glasses I less than a week. The ladies there are helpful and always cheerful. When we needed patches they always know that's what we need and they let him pick them out. Plus very informative when I ask questions. Plus we could have done the lenses ourself on his miracle glasses. Never had to get another pair of those for 2 1/2 years yet

I feel they earn 1 star because of the miraflex glasses. They are durable and last a very long time. I have gotten three pairs of glasses from Visual Eye Optical and each experience has been difficult to say the least! The only two staff their (one being the owner) obviously do not communicate with each other because I hear something different unless they are standing next to each other. As I stated before I got three pairs of glasses there and the fourth I mentioned that we have private insurance as the primary and the owner told me that they only bill "Nebraska Medicaid" then I showed her the Medicaid card (because that is the secondary insurance) and she told me that the state had not approve them to accept that medicaid. I would NEVER refer this company to anyone!

The staff here is well-trained to fit and customize prescription sunglasses. I was impressed with the selection of Revo frames and options for customizing the lens material and colors.

Not sure about the problems listed in the review below. We did not experience any problems. In fact, the staff is very knowledgable and willing to help. My only comment would be the selection of adult glasses is on the light side, but they are geared more towards pediatrics (awesome selection). They will order most glasses if you know the brand/model. Overall excellent store and service. It was actually recommended to me by someone else.
