  Loved how nice everyone was. Took me in right away, got my eye exam done quickly. Needed new glasses and they even arrived earlier than expected!

  My husband found Visual Effects Optometry about 3 years ago when our preschool aged twins needed glasses. Dr. Dang was very patient with our super shy kids. My husband and I have never been very loyal to our optometrist over the years because we were never able to find one we liked. Now my husband and I also get our annual eye exams at Visual Effects Optometry. I'm so glad we finally found an optometrist we can trust. Dr. Nguyen is also very good. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Visual Effects Optometry for your eye care needs.

  Excellent place to go for eye exam. Dr.Dr Liz Nguyen and Dr, Dr. Vinh Dang always take the time and explains during the visits. The staff Diana and Daisy are excellent in helping us getting what we need,

  Friendly and knowledgeable staff make this practice TOP NOTCH. I'm relatively new to the optometry world (I've only needed glasses for about two years now) but I've seen a few doctors and just not been happy with them. The 'big guys' (lenscrafters, etc) always seem to be missing that 'personal' feel that I find really important in a business, and especially in a medical practice. I've now been to Visual Effects three times and literally never waited in the lobby. You walk in, are immediately greeted by friendly staff with smiles and are shown to the exam room. Talk about service! I'm the kinda guy that needs to know everything about what's going on and what they're doing. I'm sure I asked WAY too many questions to the optometrist, but he didn't miss a beat. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything, down the the science in terms I can understand. If you're looking for great service, intelligent staff, and no wait times, COME HERE!

  I look forward every year to visiting Visual Effects. I can't say enough about the kind of care you receive from their receptionist to the Dr's. As an example, my Rx is middle of the road but my eyes are extremely dry so my contacts run a little more than the average amount. I am a stay at home Mom and they know that every penny counts. After getting home, I received a call from Daisy who said that she was thrilled because she found info on a rebate and had just put all of the info in the mail. I have never met anyone that goes out of their way like that. I have seen both Dr's who are absoultely amazing. They are both kind and caring. They don't cringe when I had to bring my 4 year old in, instead they made her feel welcome and talked to her like a person. My Grandma who has horrific vision and is very picky about her eyes loves them. She has never been happier with a physician. I highly recommend these Dr's and I will never go anywhere else.
