Staff is unprofessional, all they want to do is stand around a gossip. I guess it is the location meaning The Bronx. The only reason why I came into the eye doctor office, because of my grandmother. I live in Long Island, so my experience with any doctor's office are professional. But hey, what do you expect when your community will not speak up for themselves.

People complain about this place. I only speak and comment on this location: 200 Baychester Avenue, Bronx, NY 10475, inside the mall. I'm shocked at all these reviews. Everyone will be charged depending on their insurance. No one there forces anyone to purchase name brand frames, anti glare, or any other service. Some people here giving their reviews have been complaining about being ignored when they walked in. It's not ignoring but instead them being professional of not harassing you, allowing you to look around. I'm a patient there and have purchased frames at my pace and NO they did not over charge nor forced me to purchase something I could not afford. The staff is great. Especially the manager.I applaude them for having the patience for dealing with ignorant people. If you want cheap service and cheap frames then go somewhere else. VistaSite carries name brand, great quality frames. You get what you pay for. I'm a satisfied customer, been a customer for years. Never ever had any problems or issues.

The two caribbean women and middle Eastern man who work in the front are incredibly rude, which is unfortunate because the place is well kept and the optometrist was sweet. After my eye exam I told the people in the front i just wanted to have a look at the glasses even though my insurance wouldn't be paying for the glasses, the people in the front persisted in asking me if i was going to be purchasing any glasses today and after telling them 3 times "I'm not sure' i would just like to have a look." the woman behind the counter thought it a good time to have a look at her watch and then tell me it was okay. They completely ignored me the entire time as i was looking at the glasses. I won't be coming here again..

Went in to pick up mine n my boyfriend glasses. No one greeted me. Lady who helped me was very professional n found mine n my bf glasses quickly. Her associates on the other hand took her pen before I was done signed for both glasses without mine or her assisted permission then a young African American customer came in n was completely ignored. He walked out without being greeted or even looked at. Get it together love my glasses but will not support again unless there is better respect n overall common sense. Not faulting the lady that helped me they need to learn from her!!!

Customer service, from the ladies at the counter that assist with frames and lenses, is horrible. They try to persuade you to buy the most expensive pair of glasses and lenses. They will not offer to show the frames that are covered by your insurance unless you ask. The selection of frames at this location is very poor. The bathroom was out of service and the staff wouldn’t allow the well paying customers to use the staff bathroom. The wait time is ridiculously long. The only good thing about this place is that the doctors are great with the eye exams and my prescription is always perfect. Unfortunately, because of all other factors mentioned, this may be my last time patronizing this location.
