  My husband and I stayed here for a get away weekend and it was awful. The hotel called us to confirm the day of, and when we arrived about 4 hours later they told us they only had double bed rooms. The front desk told us she would go clean a room for us after we pitched a fit and she did it in all of ten minutes. They “upgraded” us to a jacuzzi room which had no privacy and did not even have a regular shower. This would not have been as bad if I felt that the tub was cleaned but I knew it wasn’t. Room was small and dirty. The bottoms of our feet were black from the floor. Management was completely unprofessional- we asked for more towels and we were asked to walk with the worker (and her friend who was there hanging out with her) to go get them from the laundry room. All the while they discussed inappropriate sexual things which was extremely uncomfortable for us. Needless to say we checked out early and went to another hotel..... which by the way there are no refunds and they charge when you arrive. We had to pay for a night we didn’t even stay for because it was that bad!! Tried contacting a manager for months after and they never returned a call or email. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

  Do not stay here. Some friends and I stayed here for 2 days for an event. Rooms were unclean, front desk wasn't helpful when we had problems. When we left our room we left a portable phone charger in the room, along with a gift my friend bought for his mom. When we came back to the room my portable phone charger (it was like a 50 dollar one) and my buddy's gift were both gone. Housekeeping definitely swiped them.

  Front desk attendant polite. It's an older hotel,room a little small,but all in all a satisfactory place to stay considering you are 5min walk to Beale st. Room was clean and everything worked well. Parking convienent. Would stay here again. For the price,being downtown not bad at all. Neighborhood was no problem making the walk.

  Best rates for a place that is only one and a half blocks walking distance from Beale. Older hotel but clean and well updated. Friendly staff and free parking - try to find that at another hotel downtown. Nice continental breakfast. We stay here every trip to Memphis.

  We stayed a night. We chose it since its within walking distance of beale street. The staff was very nice and friendly, she recommended a place on beale st for dinner with the best stuffed mushrooms that we def enjoyed. The room was nice it did it's job... the pillows were super comfy. We enjoyed the hot breakfast in the morning with waffles, eggs, and biscuits and gravy. I just wish they had some fresh fruit and juice since I usually crave apple juice after a night of drinking and fun. Would recommend and stay again.
