  Every time I go to this restaurant I love the lady that waits on me, she makes you feel so welcome. The Turkey Club is outstanding, Italian beef great, but for the rest of the employees in the 233 N Michigan building need to learn Customer service and take pride in there cooking. Fries should never be re-fried and given to customer and think that we should accept whatever you give us, when we are the paying customer. Hope that this gets better, because the Breakfast is outstanding, but it's all about how you present yourself to your customers. I've noticed even when you order online and go pick it up, it's not the same as being there and watching them prepare your food.

  Good breakfast at a good price...only issue is finding them if you're not familiar with the city

  I've eaten lunch here 3 days in a row. They were unexpectedly inundated from a conference and have been very accommodating. It's crazy busy and Dalia and the guys are friendly and cooking up great lunches!

  There's a young Hispanic guy who has the worst customer service ever!!! Also the food is awful now since they fired the twins....very unprofessional, small portions....I used to like eating here☹

  Been working in the building for 4 years, this is my go to for a great American breakfast. Dosnt look like much from the outside but make excellent pancakes.
