  My husband recenrec ordered progressive lenses. They did not work out. They exchanged the lenses at no cost which was nice. My daughter got two pairs of glasses. I do feel like there was some pressure to buy the extra Coatings and things for the lenses as a first-time glasses wearer for her. I would have preferred a little less pushy sales experience given that we were buying two pairs of glasses and it was her first time having glasses. However I found the staff to be very polite and informative.

  An associate told me that my vision plan would give me glasses and contacts. Once I was given the price for contacts and glasses turns out it was for either or which is what I originally figured. I decided not to get glasses because their lenses are so expensive. I purchased glasses elsewhere and used my insurance to get contacts from them. I called after weeks of no contact or communication from them. Not only did they say the contacts weren't there, I was told by a manager that the same associate who gave me the wrong information put a note on my order to hold my prescription to see of I liked the contacts meaning they charged me for them 2 weeks prior. The manager was not remorseful or apologetic outside of saying "I can overnight them". The principle for me is that the same associate screwed up twice and I was charged for items that weren't purchased. I'll never go back to this location ever again.

  rude staff , honestly so disrespectful , you can always go to a different location to avoid them 💀

  If i could reated with zero i would My experience with this store is horible When they are selling things they are very nice and polite but when you come to make complain on quality of their products their appereance will change dramaticly. In my case Glasses broke after first use because of poor frame quality....I Went to store to ask for replacement or repair...👿 Store manager did not even want to talk or listen to me...immediately She offered me to buy extended protection for glasses or to purchase new frame and lenses ...that was not the reason for my visit.... Manager did not even want to look at frame to see their poor quality... When I tried to ask more question she became very rude and disrespectful Just to mention I spend hundreds of dollars in this store every year on glasses.... But not any more.... Buyers be aware of your purchase at this store

  Felt like the sales people were pushing me into lenses I didn't like or upselling me constantly. Also, glasses took ~1 week longer than the sales person told me they would. Kept getting responses like "should be here in 2 - 3 days", "no it'll be here by friday", then "those will be here on monday"
