  I have gotten glasses here before a few times, and it was great service... But the most recent time I went in, I can't say I was too happy. I just went in for an eye exam, and wanted a copy of prescription. I'm pretty sure I mentioned that MULTIPLE times to MULTIPLE people. Yet when I got home I realized that they just gave me a receipt. The big dilemma with this is, is the fact that I don't have a car and l live pretty far away. So going back is impossible. Yet it took 5 days to get an email from them with a copy of my precipitation. I had to call a few times. I was desperate I emailed them multiple times and not even one answer or "sorry it took so long" I currently need another piece of info but I WILL not be calling or going back. I rather spend money somewhere, where they take care of you fully, and are attentive with emails and phone calls. We are talking about our eyes here people, not some hair appointment!

  This is months over due... Very happy with the knowledgeable staff, exam, which was done in the light, after being asked what I do for a living, and leisure - i.e. am I a night owl. That made such a difference in the exam and prescription. I'm very happy - I can wear contact lenses for astigmatism for the first time and my vision is as good as it can be. Service is excellent and they had variety of frames, too. Thank you for letting me try most of them on!

  Terrible, unfriendly, snooty and very aloof staff. I just moved into Bedford and I will make sure never to return to this place .

  Been going here for a very long time, I am totally satisfied with the service and the prices. I wanted Rx for online orders and they provided on the spot. Now I don't even bother ordering my lenses online since VW prices are about the same and they arrive faster.

  Just got an exam, contact lenses and a pair of nice eyeglasses for $99. The contacts were delivered the next day as promised. Best prices anywhere for my Oasys contacts 12 lenses for $70. extremely knowledgeable and caring staff. call them for prices on contacts before you order for anyone.
