  My Grandmother became blind, seemingly overnight, with wet aged macular degeneration. The educators at the ILAB gave my Grandmother a choice of attending classes via them picking her up by special bus and escorting her to the class; or, to have one of their educators come to our home to help educate her so that she could remain independent. Granny chose the classes at FSCJ. My favorite was "Friends and Family Day" when I was able to bring Granny's peers, some of them also blind or going blind, to that day. We were all then shown so many ways to help Granny, and for our bring along guests, to help themselves. This ILAB is awesome and the people there are Most Excellent! Thank you.
