  They never answer calls, if and when they do he will tell you they will get back to you, he never will. Myself and two other homeowners experienced the same unpleasantness and complete lack of communication. But to be quite honest why would you want a plumber that is dishonest and flighty I imagine he would walk off the job too or never show up. Work on your communication and customer service if you cannot or do not want a job say it and do not have people waiting on you. Do not use your automated answering machine as a secretary.
