::I broke my ankle and they got me into the urgent care specialist for broken ankles same day, also I get my blood drawn every 5 months or so and the ladies in there are always quick/efficient. I always get apppontments made same day I need to via my chart. Response is pretty fast from my physicians assistants team. Overall yes it’s not the best clinic but for free healthcare I’ve had not so many issues arise.

::I have never seen this kind poor management. They wants you to come 30 minutes prior from your appointment and want you to wait in a lobby and want you to wait for another 30 or 40 minutes. And they are disrespectful all the time. Today I had a appointment at 11:AM and it's 11:00 now and I still waiting in the lobby. I am going to change my primary care and I am requesting every one to change it.

::They always forget to treat people with kindness. The only nice thing about this place is the inside architecture.

::This clinic is exceptional. I’ve never once had an issue with them. The staff has always been very kind and helpful. The pharmacy is exceptional compared to others I have been to. They have made keeping up on my 3 children and I’s healthcare a breeze! And the online mychart portal is actually very proficient as well. I can send my doctor pictures, request appointments, get medical records right away without having to call anyone!

::Best clinic in town as I have my doctor, dentist and pharmacist all under one roof. Masks and social distancing is still enforced as of 10/2022. I receive excellent care by the front and back offices, every visit. The support staff are great for scheduling and quick questions about vaccine availability, plus it's a bilingual clinic for our Spanish-speaking family and friends.
