::Dr Figert’s office has chronic office management and billing issues. I visited the office in 2018 and did not receive a bill until one year later in 2019. When I resumed care with Dr Figert in April 2021, I repeatedly checked in to ensure that I was paid in full. I just received a bill in August 2022 for April 2021 services. Additionally, I have shown up to the office and found that my appointment is not on the books at all.
