  He was so rude because I didnt live in new york HE couldnt serve me but nyc was where my wedding was goin to be held so why nt assist me either way u getting paid for your services . He was rude rude rude rude n dont deserve to serve anyone till he check his attitude.

  I called Steve to book an appointment for a wedding. This man was so rude. He was unreliable, not sure when he would be at the office. I told him i was making a trip to ny to meet with all of my wedding vendors and that i would like to solidify an appointment, so my time in ny isnt wasted. I wanted to meet with him on the Friday of the week i was coming to ny. he tells me to call him back on Thursday. I was so confused. He proceeds to asking what reception hall am I using, but wont even tell me his shop's address or solidify an appointment with me. He then simply hung up the phone. Terrible customer service. Poor reliability. Disgusting attitude.
