  The employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been coming here for years and each visit is worse and worse. I had one too many awful experiences here, so I found another dry cleaner. VIP lost my business after many years- long overdue.

  I've been going there for years, never had a problem. Especially when getting my pants altered! He is so kind!

  My husband went to this cleaners to get his suit altered, when he asked why the cost of an alteration was so high, the guy told my husband to get out and go back to his own country. DESPICABLE!! When I called to find out what happened (because I have given them business for over 10 years and was shocked) he snapped at me and told me the same thing! When I asked to speak with the owner or manager, he hung up and wouldn't take my calls. I have never been so offended or disrespected, and would advise anyone to avoid this establishment.
