::I've used this dry cleaner three times, and 2 out of 3 times I had issues. But I continued to go there because the prices were cheap and they were close to my home. I found out the hard way that this dry cleaner runs a very disorganized organization, with very poor quality checks in place. On two separate occasions they misplaced my articles of clothing, and did not know where they were. On the first occasion I dropped off an article of clothing to be sewn on a Monday, with it to be ready for on Thursday, on that Friday afternoon I went to pick up the article with it no where to be found. After multiples call to various people, it was found at someone's home. As if that wasn't bad enough, they hadn't even completed and they told me they need another day or two... it was less than a 1 inch slit on a seem, that I later watch them take 2 min to repair. On the second occasion, my fiancé and I dropped off 6 articles of clothing (some mine and some hers), 1 article of clothing was brought to have a stain removed, in which the owner said it would most likely be removed with dry cleaning but if not they would try something else to get it out, but he felt he could get it out with no problem. I picked up my clothing late Saturday afternoon, I quickly checked to see if the stuff was there; I thought I saw everything, but when I got home my fiancé realized she was missing a dress which was the exact same color as the article of clothing with the stain (which is why I didn't realize it was missing), we also noticed the stain was still there, no better than before. I called the following Monday at the first opportunity, and explained we were missing a piece of clothing and the other piece still had a stain. The immediate response I received was, "That is your fault for not checking before you left, we're not responsible for anything missing now" and "with my process it is impossible for a piece of clothing to be missing from an order." The short to this ending, the piece of clothing was in fact there and placed in the wrong spot, but at least it was actually finished being cleaned unlike the last time. As for the stain, they needed more time and an extra fee to have the stain removed...not sure what I paid for the first time. Needless to say, I'm never going here again and sadly the saying is true, "you get what you pay for."

::Great cleaners! I've been using them for more than a year and they're always very fast, thorough, and kind. And if you're not happy with how clean a piece is, they will do it again for you.
