  Should get Zero stars. Terrible service and terrible car wash. After you get a car wash there your car will still be dirty. They do not care, poorly ran. Completely disorganized and they try to rip you off for the terrible cleaning. You will feel like you need a car wash after you leave. They will not try to reclean your car. They will say the price is what it is, and they do whatever they can. Even though you paid extra for it. Stay away!

  Disorganized and overpriced for what you get. If you care about your car don’t bring it here. The employees don’t care because it is mismanaged. The best automatic car wash in Staten Island is Armstrong car wash. Better than most of the hand washes on the island that use the same dirty sheepskin mits to wash your rims them your car with brake dust scratching your car. Just watch the hand washes you go to. If they use the same mitts when washing on the wheels as your paint stay away. And stay away from this nightmare of a place VIP they suck. My car wasn’t damaged but they are so disorganized and careless I saw them damage and scratch 2 other cars. Oil changes do not come here I watched them just top of oil and pull the cars out. Straight up schemers here.

  Went to vip a few times fist time for a oil change. First time left to discover my oil dip stick missing , went back manager replaced it. Thanks..went a second time different car oil change left oil cover missing. Manager didn't replace. Had to eat it..what the hell people make mistakes. Well after a few months oil change again took pics this time. What do you know engine cover nuts missing. Manager told me I was a trouble Maker that's it for me...

  Went to get a car wash explained what I wanted done to my car. Left the place later to find out that nothing I wanted was done. Called the place the next day to talk to the owner or manger, manger was too busy to get on the phone called at 7:30 am left my name and number to have them call me back. Never Returned my phone call 2 days later called back to be told that the manger was still not able to come to the phone, just called up today a week later to a manger he says he was name was Alfredo very disrespectful yelling at me on the phone to tell me that I can pay the difference to get what I want done. I don’t mind paying for what I want done just don’t understand why it was not done the first time. Why was I whipping down my car the next day when I paid to get it done. They have lost a very good customer because I get a car wash every week and now I will not return. Very very poor customer service

  New Year Eves evening. Closing time is 5.30 pm. I called the office and confirm the time before drive up there. And I told them my ETA is 5.25pm. I m here at 5.22 pm. It’s closed already. I was told that I should make sure the time with manager not the reception. Very rude. Never back to this place.
