  Will not do a clean cut and there will always be some part of the haircut that isn't done well. Some ladies will have an attitude while cutting your hair but not to worry because a good tip will change that.

  I'm terrified of doing my hair. I'm petrified when people put scissors anywhere near my hair, it was to the point where my hair was all the way down to the my bottom and was giving me headaches. I heard about the wonder that is Vintage and decided to get my hair done on Wednesday. I had every intention of cutting my hair and then going home and watching Netflix. The staff was so amazing and my hair turned out so nice that I had no choice but to put a full face of makeup on and go out that night. My hair looks amazing I'm getting so many compliments and Jill was great to work with she made me feel so comfortable I almost fell asleep. I definitely recommend and I'm never getting my haircut any other place than Vintage.

  Took my 7yro here who can be fussy about where we go...Kim was great and did a really nice job on his cut... he got lots of compliments

  The girls there always do a great job coloring my hair. Its a comfortable environment. Love it highly recommend

  My sister went in for creative color and left with her hair damaged beyond repair. "Master" colorist and stylist Jillian deviated from what my sister was requesting and encouraged her to put additional lighter hues of blue in her hair that would require her to process with bleach again. Confident that Jillian would be able to do this my sister agreed and allowed Jillian to process her hair for a second time with a product that she later said she wasn't entirely familiar with. This caused my sister's hair to break and she lost several inches in length. The texture of her hair was left in such poor condition that it continued to break when she touched it, as well as when she tried to revitalize it using different deep conditioning treatments at home. Beyond damaging her hair, the salon did not offer any services to fix their mistake and the salon owner was insistent that she still pay for the "service". A week later and my sister has been blocked from all forms of contact by Jillian who originally agreed to privately reimburse her so the salon would not need to be involved. Not only was the mistake itself; heartbreaking, as well as emotionally and financially draining, but so was/is the lack of integrity and compassion from both Jillian and the salon owner. This review was previously posted to their facebook page, however the owner deleted it and had the audacity to deny the truth of it. While simultaneously adding insult to injury offering my sister $50. Shame on this business and good luck to any future customers.
