  I found that Dr. Vincenzo got straight to the point and handled me very professionally. He helped find a solution to my acne and I'm so happy that he was in network!

  A close friend, my teenaged son and now I have all had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Gianelli. I was scared about an inflamed mole on my face and his treatment was virtually painless and it included two stitches. Phew! There was also street parking available (not at rush hour of course) and I found the office decor attractive and the receptionists pleasant. Best of all, I got an appt within days of my call whereas my former dermatologist didn't have an opening until Oct.

  Dr. Vincenzo is such a delight! Not only has he continued to be very thorough with his work, he continues to demonstrate a wonderful bedside manner. This is incredibly unusual these days. If this means that I must wait an extra 5 minutes to see him, I will gladly do so. However I was taken into the patient room within 3 minutes of checking in. Couldn't have had a more positive experience!

  Do not pay out of pocket for Dr. Giannelli's office staff incompetence!!! Even though Dr. Giannelli Vincenzo is a great doctor, his staff is highly incompetent or they are in the wrong line of work. They do not understand how to handle insurance claims or their contract responsibility with the insurance. Dr. Giannelli is in network CareFirst insurance, so they should be using the lab that is in network with the insurance as per their contract requirements. Instead the office keeps mailing specimens to the Mid-Atlantic Pathology Services which is out of network. When I called to inform the office manager she said that she is not aware that the Mid-Atlantic Pathology is out of network with Care First and have been using it for many patients with CareFirst insurance. She said that previously my claims were processed as in network, which was incorrect. When I spoke to the billing department at the Mid-Atlantic Pathology Services they told me that they have never been in network with CareFirst and Care First confirmed that previous claims were processed as out of network and that I should not be responsible for the claim because it is office staff's responsibility to understand where to send the specimen.

  I called to make an appointment for my husband . They told me the day and time of the appointment but din't ask for extra information, I was surprised because usually they ask you for insurance information or address. The day of the appointment I called to confirm the time of my appointment and they said they can't find the information of my husband. There is no appointment. Great service. Thank you
