::DO NOT GO HERE! I had lunch at this location this afternoon with my girlfriend. Both the waitress and manager insisted that the only way I could order two of the same item from the VIB was to pay for an extra item. I've been to over half a dozen Village Inns in Iowa and Nebraska in the last few years, and none of them have this problem. The manager tried telling me that corporate has started monitoring their individual VIB orders, and if corporate sees one order with a doubled-up item, they are going to come down on her and her boss. For reference, the item was hash browns, one of the cheapest items on the menu. If I was alone, I would have left and gone to the Village Inn I usually eat at. After ordering four different items, the waitress brought the food to our table. I specifically asked for french toast without butter, but she served me french toast with melted butter on top. When I pointed it out, she took it back to the kitchen, scraped the butter off, and brought back the same soggy toast. I'm extremely disappointed, and I've never had such terrible service from a Village Inn before.

::Great food and Great service, always enjoy dining here

::Waitress had to make super certain we were ordering correctly, which yeh great and whatever my food was correct, but no one wants to play twenty questions for dinner.

::This location used to be our go to Village Inn for a long time. Over the years, the service has maintained its general standard as has the food. It is a very inconvenient entry point but they are apparently doing just fine so good for them! Our last visit, we were tucked back into the corner next to the manager's office and had a straight view into the kitchen. Wasn't the best place for a family gathering and having to watch the wait staff flirt and eat while our meals sat waiting to be delivered. Somehow my Cobb salad took longer than the hot entrees of three others and they served the rest of the table before me. Underwhelming but adequate. I prefer other locations now.

::This location is ridiculous. Went with my family, and we were literally the only ones on the one side of the building. Took over 15 minutes for the waitress to even come out. She was extremely rude, had an attitude with my 83 year old grandma, and messed each of our orders up. My burger was barely cooked, almost completely raw inside and they kept bringing blue cheese dressing, telling my grandma it was tartar sauce. It was honestly an awful experience and more than likely won't go back to that location again.
