::I like this location, the staff is super nice. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is it seems that they sometimes have staffing issues? There's been a few times were I would order a steak and it pretty much came out raw. (I usually go for medium rare) BUT, the staff and the managers there are super polite and if it's not what we ordered or if there were any issues, they were very helpful and would do anything in their power to correct the issue. I really do enjoy coming here, and will continue to do so. I really recommend the country fried steak :)

::Needs help. Food was good. Waitstaff was flaky. Never got a refill, waited 15 minutes for my check. Finally just went up to the register and asked for it. Facility could have been much, much cleaner. Said they were swamped when only half the tables were filled. What happens when it's actually packed?

::This is my 'go-to" spot whenever I'm in Colorado. Fantastic customer service, Seriously, it is unmatched!! The food is good and they pay particular attention to special orders..Oh, don't forget to get a slice of pie (or a whole one) on your way out the door. If you want a comfortable, family-focused place to eat ..you will find it here!!

::Most of the time their food is decent but not anything more than 6 out of 10. The servers are okay, but pretty flaky. There is ALWAYS at wait to get seated, a wait for the server to come take your drink order, a wait to get you drinks, a wait to order your food, an even longer wait to get your food, another wait to get your check and an even longer wait to have someone ring you out. So if you go here, don't come starving, expect to be there for awhile, order everything the first time, make them repeat the order back to you and always have exact cash and don't except much. I'd rate this less but I can't in good consciousness, because some how I find myself there at least once a month... 😕

::I normally don't leave reviews unless there's a truly compelling reason. Today's trip was absolutely that. The manager working today and server, Mitch, immediately stood out as warm and friendly. While you can find this in many places, it seems more of a matter of polite workplace conduct whereas here it was genuine kindness. Food was quick and just the right level of attentiveness from the staff. I haven't ever had "usual spots" but today we found one.
