::Had been a customer of them for years!!! And I brought in my son's first kindergarten shirt to get cleaned and pressed to use for his senior session as he's graduating this year...Well I picked up his shirt and didn't notice that it was all stained up in the front until I had gotten it out for his pictures...Brought it back to them and asked if they can clean it since those stains weren't there...All he says I'll try my best...Went today to pick up...And it's still stained and ruined! They didn't apologize not once or even offer a refund and had the nerve to say I knew those stains were there. That I had even told that to the lady that pressed it that those stains were there already... Like wow...No kind of apology or nothing! She didn't care to fix the problem but just wanted to tell me I knew better. Both the owners just walked away. Not caring for the value of me as a customer or my son's shirt that has sentimental value to him. Never going back to them. Ever. No kind of friendly customer service. The wife of the owner has a attitude most days.

::I was really upset when I got my clothes back, I took a couple of dresses and a blazer. My blazer came back looking light pink when in reality is suppose to be white. The same thing happen with a white dress. Another dress comes back feeling wet. So, I basically paid $50 dollars for my clothes to get ruined. I was so mad.
