  I rented a place from Shereen and Gordon for four months and it was a terrific stay. They are thoughtful managers who are quiet neighbors and attentive managers.

  The location is amazing, BUT... they would not turn on the heat that is controlled from the main area, which we don't have access to. We had to stay in that 46°F house. If you want to wear coats while staying inside, you can stay here. Also, the ads on Craigslist was $200 less than on their lease. When I asked why, they said it was an old ads. We had no proof since the craigslist post was removed already. We weren't sure what to do. We were already in their place with a lease with a marked up rent.
