::Staff is the rudest most incompetent people I have ever come across in the service industry. There so many negatives, it would literally be 2 pages long. The hotel itself could have so much potential, location to beach amazing. Don't let the pictures, reviews, fake friendlyness or confidence fool you. Staff excluding one valet guy and a maid is rude, confrontational, argumentative, liars, unaccommodating, and very pretentious. Don't even waste your time or energy speaking with GM or manager it only makes it worst. I'm still here and counting down the days literally. Don't ask for any special request you'll be lucky to get the basics. Just stay elsewhere until they get new owners or new management, only a waste time and money. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
