  I ordered shoes. Received my package 2 weeks later. They were the wrong shoes and the wrong size. When I called I eventually got an answering system where I left my name, reason for the call, and telephone number. I haven't received a return call yet.

  Worst experience worst customer service they do not communicate well with you and they never answer the phone never ordering from here again

  Worst customer service EVER WHY ARE THEE STORES EVEN STILL IN BUSNIESS !!! Managers have no idea what's going on. I am someone who shops here often and even worked on projects with villa marketing and advertising and the way this company looks now as a whole TERRIBLE

  Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I work in retail and deal with customers everyday that is NOT how you treat customers. You would think they would change something considering all the horrible reviews on here but no. They don't want to take the time and they are just greedy. I buy all my Jordan's from here along with my boyfriends and I will no longer buy one thing from here. Crazy that I didn't read one positive review, every single one was a bad experience. That says a lot, don't you think?

  Horrible experience. My 15 year old son bought sneakers and when he wore them one was hurting her foot. When he got home from school we noticed one was a different size. He tried to take them back with his older brother and they told him No he can not. When I valedictorian to speak to the manager, he says to me unprofessionally, "what's up". I asked for his district Manger phone number and first he gives me a disconnected number, then I call back and he gives me a wrong number. It's so sad that the manager was so rushed and did not take his time. This store is not about customer service. You really need to send your manners for training for customer service etiquette. I will never visit this store again.
