  Been here 2 years, love this gym, knocked off a star because I consider 5 stars to be perfection. I can't speak to classes, because I don't take them, and I train late at night so I don't know about peak hours. But the staff is friendly, the place is perfectly clean, they have a good variety of machines and free weights for a small gym, and it's got a unique lounge feel to it. No showers, no water fountains, no parking lot, but they make shakes and stuff, have towel service, and membership is reasonably priced and can be paid month-to-month (they also allow account freezing if you're going to be away for a while). I'm completely satisfied with it, it just depends what you're looking for.

  This gym is in walking distance from my house and I love it. The gym is so clean , you can eat off the floor. The equipment is very well maintained and you're never rushed or have to wait for anything. The staff is very courteous and always greet you with a smile. It's never overly crowded, so you're able to get in a full complete workout. I would highly recommend this gym to the weekly gym enthusiast.

  Great equipment, but good music is only played half of the time at most and air conditioning during the summer is horrible. Doesn't exactly help me focus on my workout even when I want to. Maybe play some pump up music rather than pop and actually invest in a decent air conditioning system, like the ones in restaurants.

  Bought a Groupon to try out the classes here. But was only able to use 4 out of the 10 classes because the classes I signed up for kept getting cancelled. Four of my classes were cancelled!! And they don't even notify you of the cancellations. Only reason I knew not to show up was that my sis-in-law always called to check status of class and then let me know no class. Feel like I wasted my money on my Groupon. 🙁 The only positive is that I really liked Emily's Classes.
