  Best Filipino breakfast in the area! If you're going on the weekends, go early as they run out of tapa and tocino rather quickly!

  FOOD SOO GOOD THAT I COULDNT WAIT TO TAKE THE PICTURE FIRST! (That's why it's already half eaten in the pic. I'm struggling writing this because my brain is telling me to EAT then write this post). Advice for anyone wanting to try this: come early!! The food fly off the shelves here. I came here at 1pm and got luck and got the last food they got left #blessed 🙏

  I spent a week in LA and every restaurant has been exceptional both the food and the service. I wanted to have a Filipino breakfast and this one offered it and was close to the airport before I left . The food was okay... about what you would expect but the two people serving were the most crabby individuals.

  I'm super satisfied with vigan express. I usually order here about 2x /week when I used to live nearby. I wish we had something similar in WA. Nothing compares to their food. The breakfast longaniza and tapa paired with their fried rice is the best. The side of fruit really complements the main dish. I'm really glad I visited vigan again after all these years.

  Breakfast is good, but you must get there early before they run out. Not that friendly at counter. No good morning or thank you. Just "Do you want fried rice?".
