  What a fantastic location!! They did such a great job on my car!! It looked brand new!! Highly highly highly recommended!!!!!

  This is the absolute BEST place to get a very good exterior wash at a fantastic price! The owners are nice, the workers efficient and competent. And they have awesome "specials" on certain days for seniors, ladies, TLC drivers, etc -- all around $6-$8 for basic service. I've never spent more than 20 minutes waiting for them to finish my car, either! I highly recommend Victory Auto Spa!

  Poor setup and flow, especially if your going with a basic service. Finished cars are lined up with the cars waiting to be washed. Customers end up waiting twice on the car wash like to be able to exit. Took 40+ min to get a basic wash. Might want to put the cars getting basic service on a separate area.

  Ridiculous. I got to the car wash at around 8:35/40am and left at 10:40. I paid for the most expensive car wash ($23 since it was 50% off at that time) so basically a $47 car wash. If I actually paid full price I would have been even more livid. On top of the car wash I asked for an oil change. They said about an hour. I waited with my toddler. AFTER I paid and waited an hour I was told the oil was not changed. I was a bit upset and asked for a refund, which they provided. I expected my car to be shiny and clean, bit instead it was horrible! A Stain still on my seat, crumbs, the side doors were not touched. After apologizing they said they would take care of it. I waited again with my almost 2 year old. After another 30 minutes I was upset and said I need to go at this point. I got to the car it was still half clean, stain still there, side doors untouched and my mats weren't even in the car, windows foggy and worst of all as I stared to drive I can see that only bits and parts of my car was wiped.. Some parts shiny, others dusty.. never to come back. They offered a discount if I would wait for the oil change but nothing to compensate for my awful wash or time wasted. Only one positive. The young guy at the counter was more than pleasant and was upset for me, however he had to do his job at the counter. Five stars for his customer service only.
