  Ordered something online and they sent me the wrong size. Went to the store to return the item(yes, they charged me for the wrong shipment they sent), and the staff told me I couldn't do that because that item was back-ordered?! Super rude staff.

  If you love the brand it is a fantastic place. All three ares are covered: Pink, VS and cosmetic. Very friendly staff. Of course you can buy cheaper elsewhere but you might miss the fun factor then.
