  Smallest store ive been in, and stocked by a worker following me everywhere.....seriously can i look for a bra without u up my butt telling me about everything....ya ill just order online.....

  Every time I step inside this VS, the employees are always friendly and wonderful. Regina deserves a special shout-out for being extra helpful and sweet. She definitely gets an A+ for her customer service skills. She helped me from the beginning to the end and is capable of juggling many clients at once. Thank you for making this a lovely shopping experience! :)

  This place is terrible, employees act like they don’t want to help you at all .. Even though cherry creek is further from my home I will be going there from now on

  I walked in to this location 12 26 17 to exhange a bra for the proper size. I did not have the receipt and i told them that. They acted as if it would be no problem. They sized me i even tried on a few bras. As i get to the register the lady rolled her eyes as i said i needed an exhange and she tried to chargr me a 20 dollar difference. For the exact same bra thats ridiculous i said. They said i needed receipt or debit card number. I went to call my mom to get this infor and the black manager paris started saying do you want your bra dp you want this. I said no im trying to get this info. She kept talking. I had my mom on the phone with the info they needed and she refused to talk to my mom. She refusedto give me her name. I stepped away and asked to speak to her manager. As i stepped away she kept talking and jeering and telling me tp not yell at her. I kept saying im done arguing be quiet. And she kept arguing. Then her manager came out and immediatly put the blame on me. The manager also refused to give me her name. Makes me wonder. If they werwnt doing anything wrong why i couldnt have thier name. They even called security on me. Ridiculous. Ridiculous. Dont shop there or support those people. The second i walked in they looked at me likei was trash just cuz i had an exchange. Its thw day after christmas people. Geez. Even after speaking to the manager they continued to not help me even tho i had the info. Kept wanting to remind me how disrespectful i was for telling the girl to suutup beause i was done arguing.
