  I was glad I was offered assistance because it was my first time there and didn't know where to look. the place is super tiny ! I went in with a baby 👶🏻 stroller it was a bit complicated to get around .

  Great service over all, took me a little to track down an associate but over all I found what I was looking for.

  Unprofessional and rude employees. The cashier was awful and when I told the other associate what happened she just said “ok.” Really bad customer service. Shop at the newbury store if you’re going to visit a Victoria secret in Boston.
