  Large store. Lots of stock. Well kept and always clean. Plan on spending a considerable amount in line... No matter how busy they are.... This morning I was the second person in line... Three ladies behind the counter chatting.. One register open and I waited 13 minutes. Sad state of urgency (this is the same situation when I went here two weeks ago with my wife).

  The checkout line gets too long even though they make have 4 registers open. It a fairly small VS locwtion., But it has some variety for quick shopping or gifts

  I made a purchase at a different mall and decided to make an exchange here since it was closer. I will never return to this store again after my experience. After waiting in line for 20 minutes patiently, I finally get to the register and the employee informs me that I had the wrong item that I was trying to exchange even though they looked exactly the same, I simply didn't realize there was a price difference. She implied I could go grab the right one and wait on the line again. Well that wasn't happening because why should I have to go wait in the back of the now longer line? The purpose of having people on the floor is to assist, yet she didn't even offer to have someone grab the item that was fifteen feet away.

  This time i am giving them 5 stars. Although they should have more people on the registers. But ok! I want to congratulate you for hiring such young proffesionals there!!!!From the moment i walked in, to the moment i went to pay i felt very happy to shop there! To end my good experience this young girl, Monica was so helpful and very professional. Very good manners and it is a pleasure to see young teenagers handling your store better then some adults i seen in other stores. Thank you! Merry Chritmas and Happy Holidays!!!!!
