  Went there twice with my friends. The food was delicious, drink was tasty. The server was nice and friendly. The sofa was comfortable, near by the table that I can reach the table while seated myself comfortably. Good place to hang out with homies.

  One of the nicest teahouse I've been to in Brooklyn. The good: The food was delicious. We ordered Tea, a steak, and dessert. Everything was tasty. The bad: The service, the people. The service was slow and unattentive. There were just 4 tables being serviced and it took forever to flag someone down. I have to criticize patrons when reading out, but the patrons made my experience very sour. Victorian Tea House is located in Sunset Park which is predominantly Chinese. My guest was African American. I've never seen so many rude stares. I'm not sure if the stares were from curiosity or displeasure. So if you come, and you're not African American, you'll be fine. If you do come, be really to be eyeballed to death by the patrons.
