  These folks where very helpful and efficient. They where very courteous and where willing to walk me through what I needed to do since I had no prior experience with bidding and buying from COPART. I would definitely recommend Victoria Motors to anyone who needs these kind of services.

  I've been using Victoria Motors since 2010, that's 8 years and I've NEVER had a problem with anyone in this establishment. They are very fast, nice, professional and give you the best rates you can get. If you're looking for a copart broker, this is your best option. They answer your questions via email or phone until you're clear of the process. Victoria Motors = AAA+++ any day anytime!!!

  One of the nastiest unpolite unprofessional business I have ever encountered in my life I decided to give him a try after I saw good reviews and only one bad but after asking for their terms and conditions mr. Wally figure out that his time was worth more than mine and that I have no right to ask questions he was nasty rude unpolite basically told me to shut up that if I didn't like anything that was written I shouldn't use them so guess what I will not be using them I will not recommend this broker to anyone I want to make sure when I buy something I'm not going to get hit with surprise fees and extra fees just because the way things are putting down on the terms or typo errors I wouldn't recommend these Brokers to anyone I care .I gave him a one-star because I was forced to do at least one to be able to leave a feedback otherwise I will not even leave one star I have been buying cars from Copart for about 5 years I never had a problem with anyone like this very disappointing
