  They charged me for extra food I did not order. They brought ot to my table and I told them I did not order that, and I would like to be refunded for the price of the items I did not order. They insisted I just eat the food I did not order. I rejected the food and they never refunded me.

  I debated on coming once more to this place because I had encountered a situation again. Last time they took forever with my order, they forgot I was waiting. Today my order was incomplete my food got cold waiting for my bread. They are so unprofessional that they didn't have the decency of apologizing and reimbursing my money.. CUSTOMERS I ADVISE YOU NOT TO COME TO THIS PLACE!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! THEY NEED TO RE HIRE THEIR WORKERS, TRAIN THEM IN CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

  I usually come here almost in daily bases , when the girl serves they are pretty friendly and very fast there is always a guy who is in the front that sometimes serve that has a strong attitude don't feel comfortable.

  I've been here twice, it has such an intimate and cozy atmosphere. I love their coffee, it's really good quality. It's a nice chill place to go to get away from the bustle of town.

  If I can give less than a 1 star rating I would. Allow me to start off by saying I walked in and ordered a bacon egg and cheese with a side of fries. Not much correct? I walked in at 11:18 specifically asked the girl who also did not have uniform on if my order was going to take long because I had to go to work and she stated the wait was 10 minutes. In which I understood because they were busy so I tipped one dollar for their services in which I regret investing a penny into your services. I waited 30 MINUTES!!!! At exactly 11:46 she seen how impatient I was becoming. Come to find out, my order was just sitting on the sideline! Right then and there I checked my food and it was insanely cold but I had no other choice but to walk out with my cold food. While others after me were sitting down enjoying their warm meals before I was able too. HORRIBLE service but the food is decent.
