  My significant other & I requested a copy of his medical records from this location in 2005 in order to begin the appeal process for his disability. It is now 2017 & we have had to work with another location; they claimed the records were lost. The Harlingen, TX office was able to get the records requested & sent in 30 days, so the incompetent people at this office should be replaced.

  We all have different expectations of what an ideal treatment center, counselor or group might be. Not everyone will be satisfied with there experience but for me a was a God send. Many of nights I thought about pulling the trigger and the availability my center gave to me was phenomenal. To have another combat brother help me through my process was gold. Thank you for your hard work and dedication.

  They lost my information and cannot find a record of my prescription. Never had this problem with the Houston locations!
