  I drove 5 hours from Syracuse to buy my 2018 Vespa GTS 300 from Vespa Brooklyn. After several phone conversations and emails I knew this is where I had to do my business. Andrew and his dad run a first class operation! Do not hesitate buying your next Vespa from them. My only regrets are I could not stay longer and browse around the business.

  They treat you well. They treat your bike well. They really take the time to explain the process so there are no surprises and they make sure you remember to mark your calendar for your next inspection and registration renewals. As a first-time buyer who has never purchased a vehicle of any kind before, I really appreciated it. Would definitely recommend Vespa Brooklyn for buying a new or used Vespa or Piaggio scooter or motorcycle.

  If you look forward to being lied to, taken advantage of, and insulted, you will enjoy the service department of Vespa Brooklyn. Please be aware of the fact that you must give them instructions multiple times and to multiple different employees, because apparently - no one there talks to one another. Whatever problem you have with your bike, prepare yourself for numerous excuses to why it is not fixed because, problem ownership is not on their list of priorities. So, if lack of responsibility, poor customer service and disappointment are what you look forward to, the service department at Vespa Brooklyn is the way to go.

  Everyone here was really nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The price was a bit higher than I anticipated but I checked with a mechanic friend and they said the price was fair. They exceeded my expectations-my Vespa is running better than when I bought it! I will definitely be coming back to these guys.

  Andrew and his crew (including his father) are truly exceptional. I bought my bike from them in 2012 and I must admit that I had never imagined I would get outstanding service from them consistently. I have never had any issues at all with maintenance or repairs. Furthermore, their relationship with the insurance companies is very close, so everything is smooth and I don't need to worry about anything. Their dedication, honesty, transparency, service and friendship is an example to all of us - I wish my team worked as well as Andrew and his crew do. I take my hat off and thank all of them for all of their work and professionalism.
