  We are building a new house, and every time we have gone to Verrazano Tiles we have had such warm, caring, and friendy professional assistance from both Maria and Tiffany. They have helped guide us through each decision in this process. Five stars!!!

  I have been doing a lot of work in my home and business and Verrazano tile has not only given me the best prices but also the best service! They are so friendly and helpful that it's a total pleasure to do business with them!

  Last year I went to 3 places on Staten Island that were highly rated. Verrazano Tile & Granite was one of them. Their price for the installation, was less than the other companies.They had it done quickly (even though it was the holidays). The job was done perfectly. Couldn't be happier with them.

  Bright here by my contractor for countertops & backsplash tiles.sales phase was good. Problem came when counters were installed. They installed 2 pieces of Cambria Quartz counters. Larger piece came in one piece,but they ended up cutting it with seam on site because they didn't "think" it would fit in elevator. Bigger problem with small slab is that there was a large white blotch(10-12" in size) which was front /center where they cut the slab. Manufacturer sent technically an to evaluate and determined not a product defect,but rather a fabricator error,in how they used,placed & cut the stone. I persisted with manufacturer & contractor.after 3 wk delay, manufacturer located a remnant and Verrazano &icon tractor paid for it. I believe it was a "fabricator" issue as well. Also, the stainless wire rack for bottom of sink was extra & they charged $100 ($35 on Amazon). Although I was ultimately satisfied with final result,it was because of my own persistence,not Verrazano.

  My Husband and I were on the search for replacement tile for our shower area in our Master Bathroom. We searched all over the Island and hadn't received much (welcomed) assistance with other tile places, especially since the tile we were looking for was an odd size and very much outdated. Verranzo Tile was our last hope. On a Sunday - a few minutes before they were to close, as soon as we walked in, we received immediate, helpful, friendly service from both Roxanne and Maria. They were a breath of fresh air and helped us find tile that was similar to what we had in our shower and matched the size perfectly. Roxanne even went as far as checking her inventory for us at the Brooklyn store. After receiving such great service we have every intention on utilizing Verrazano Tile when we decide to do a full remodel of our bathrooms. AND if Roxanne or Maria are still employed there that will be a PLUS for us! Highly recommend this business.
